Presentations and Posters
SEPEEG provides a scientifically rigorous and supportive environment for scientists at all stages to present their work to their peers. All participants are invited to present either a talk or a poster. There is limited time for talks, so the SEPEEG 2017 committee will make decisions as to which presentations get talks vs. posters.
Presentation Guidelines
Please use PowerPoint, Keynote, or PDFs. Presentations will be 12 minutes, with 3 minutes for questions. Questions will be moderated by session chairs. Please be aware that LCD projector resolution and color can vary. We apologize for any issues and recommend previewing your talk prior to presentation.
Times and length of presentation may be slightly altered depending on demand.
Poster Guidelines
We are flexible. Bring what you have. We have no onsite printing facilities.
Poster and Talk Awards
All posters and talks not presented by faculty will be considered for awards be an award committee (composed of all the faculty we can convince to help out). These awards will be given out on the last day.
